العمليات

  • سوف يقوم الكشك بطباعة تذكرة للعميل تظهر رقم قائمة انتظار العميل.
  • يجلس العميل في منطقة الانتظار أمام شاشات الانتظار أو اللوحات الرقمية.
  • يستدعي النظام العميل التالي ليتم تقديمه بناءً على قواعد الأولوية المعدة مسبقًا تعتمد على كل من الخدمة المحددة وشريحة العميل ورقم التذكرة.
  • عندما يتصل الموظف بالعميل التالي ، يقوم النظام بتشغيل الصوت التلقائي الذي يتصل برقم تذكرة العميل. من الممكن تكوين النظام لإصدار إعلان صوتي بنفس اللغة التي اختارها العميل في الكشك.
  • يعرض النظام رقم العميل التالي ليتم تقديمه على شاشة العداد وشاشات LED. عرض كلا الخيارين.
  • يتصل الموظف بالعميل التالي من خلال HW Terminal أو برنامج يعتمد على جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص به.
